Try Neurographics! Meditative Art Making

Wednesday, October 236:00—7:00 PMProgram RoomGale Free Library23 Highland Street, Holden, MA, 01520

Join us for a simple, inviting approach to drawing. No advanced skills needed! If you can hold a pen, you can make

neurographic artwork. Neurographics is a mindful, intuitive way of sitting with a question or an

intention, and turning it into art. Developed by a psychologist and used in many creative

therapy practices around the world, the lines and mark making mimic neuropathic synapses,

allowing the mark-maker to relax and settle the mind while the subconscious works itself out.

You'll leave with an original piece of art, which you may choose to leave black and white or

make colorful! You'll also leave with a meditative practice that you can use anytime you need it,

right at home. Registration required.
